Today you learnt about the Terracotta soldiers and why and how they were built.
What was the one thing that amazes you most about the Terracotta soldiers?
Do you think it was amazing that someone from the past, who lived thousands of years ago could actually create something so manificient?
Let us not forget that Emperor Qin was also behind the building of the Great Wall of China.
I would have loved to live in the olden days of China. I would like to see how it was like when there were Emperors and palaces. I guess it could be quite a terror living under a ruthless leader. However, it would be so different from what we have in our modern society now.

I did not like ancient times because that time does not have anything like PSP,PS3 and computers to play and chat but i am so envy that the Emperor Qing to have so many soldiers to protect him....

I do not want to go to the olden days in China and this was because I have no books to read! Oh my god! All the books have been burned by the ruthless emperor Qin.I have another reason why I do not want to go to the olden days too, there is no mobile phones, computer, machines, spectacles, cool style shirts and even dollar notes! I have the feeling of "Happy go Lucky" now, as i have many good staff now!

I think that the ancient civilisation is great as there are some chambers are discovered.But there is still many secrets not discovered.I wish that i would also go back to the past if i have a time machine to see the wars and the buildings of many great places.
Actually nothing amazez me about those Terracotta soldiers.yes,its amazing that someone from the past could create such magnificent things.i wouldn't like to live in the olden days beacause some emprors are so ruthless,I wouldn't like living at the time when emperor Qin was the ruler as he burnt all the books.if there are no books,life would be quite boring.i think im not really interested in the Chinese civilisation but im a chinese!!!

I think that the ancient civilsation is very amazing because it is like impossible to build so many terracotta. Only people who is rich and powerful will build such thing. I wish to go back to the past too as i can meet the Qing Shi Wang and maybe become a powerful and rich person like him

I was very amazed by the Terracotta soldiers because they are really tall and their faces are diffrent.I would not like to travel back in time as the life there are horrible and terrible.

I think that was quite magnificent ancient civilisation. I would not to go back in time because I would not want to end up as the workers who build it and do not want to be rule by the Emporer. The thing that amazes me is the soldiers. I hope that archilogist would find more about it.

I would not like to go back in time, because life during the past is very hard. But if I have the chance to go back in time, I would go back and see all the interesting things in the past, and take pictures of all the wonderful things during the past.(If I have a camera I would have alot of pictures and videos)(If I don't have then I don't care)

miss tan, when my grandmother died a priest trans with her soul and instead of the priest's soul inside the priest's body it was my grandmother's!!!
i think the egypt thing was more interesting bcoz there were curses and especially the GOLD BARS!!!! i'll be filthy rich if i have about 5000 of those GOLD BARS!!!!:)

I would not like to go back to the olden days in China as the emperor Qin was very ruthless, he was actually slightly stuborn because he wants to be the KING of China, the greatest KNOWLEDEGE in China, wants every single people to RESPECT him, and even BURNED every single USEFUL books... As a result, he wants to be LONG LIVE, NOT OLD. Thus, he told people to make pills that make him LONG LIVE, NOT OLD... So, he was slightly stuborn.

Oh Aldan,sorry i made a mistake.i forgotten that you deleted it.And Miss Tan,i have another opinion.I saw a book on Qin Shihuang in my bookshelf and they noted that there are only 7000 old terracotta soldiers there buried with Qin Shihuang when he passed away.
